Muscles/Cramp Relax from Nature's Blessings will help that tension disappear. Try putting it on any tight or aching muscles before going to bed at night and wake up relaxed and renewed in the morning.

Muscles/Cramp Relax contains pure essential oils of Marjoram, Lavender and Roman Chamomile based in a blend of Safflower, Grape seed, Almond, Sesame and Avocado oils, with vitamin E as a natural preservative.

There are no fragrance oils — which are often toxic to the body — used in Nature's Blessings' products, only pure essential oils, straight from nature herself. Pure essential oils are more expensive than fragrance oils, but they have healing qualities that you will never find in fragrance oils, which are man-made synthetics.

Marjoram—is relaxing and calming to the muscles, helps anxiety and tension, aches, stiff joints, promotes peace and sleep.

Lavender—balances the body, promotes consciousness, health, love, peace & general sense of well-being. It can help with asthma, bronchitis, depression, headaches, hysteria, nervous tension, respiratory, stress and tension.

Roman Chamomile—brings a clear mind and courage, neutralizes allergies and helps to cleanse the blood and expel toxins from the liver. It is calming, relaxing, can help with shock, insomnia, muscle tension, nerves. It can stabilize emotions and the nervous system. It reduces emotional reactions of anxiety, irritability, and nervousness and enhances patience.

Application:

Do not touch the top of the bottle to the skin, as it taints the power of the oil. Hold the bottle 3 inches above the left palm and let a few drops fall into it and mix clockwise 3 times with index and middle finger of right hand. Use in the morning after your shower, during the day (when needed) and before retiring.

  • Rub on the shoulders, neck, back, hips or any other area of muscular discomfort
  • Add 5 or so drops to the bath water just before getting in
  • Rub on the bottom of the feet and the heel
  • Rub on the top ridge of ear – the one below the top flap
  • Inhale what is left on the palm or fingers a few times

Keep your essential oil bottle out of the light and heat. If a skin rash occurs, discontinue. Do not get in your eyes. If some oil should get in your eyes DO NOT flush with water, as essential oil is not water-soluble and water will push it further into the eyes. Flush with a vegetable oil such as Canola, Olive Oil etc.
